Making sure your clairvoyant reading is helpful
Making sure your clairvoyant reading is helpful
Believe it or not many people find fault with psychics even when there is no fault to be found. This can be because they expect too much from their clairvoyant session or they do not do their part towards making the session is as good as it can be. This is particularly important when you have saved up for a good reading with a special or more experienced psychic or tarot reader, where the cost of it has to be taken into account, and you will not be able to afford to return to them again soon.
When people expect too much
I've known of many cases where a person has had a reading from a reputable and good astrologer, tarot reader, clairvoyant, psychic or medium yet finds fault with them and says they are not accurate simply because they were not told what they wanted to hear. This happens when people want a reading about their ex. They want to hear the ex is panting to come back, desperate to come back, misses them. But if the astrologer, tarot reader, clairvoyant, psychic or medium says they are happy with their new partner and not wanting to return they blame the reader. In some cases they write nasty reviews about them, or tell all of their friends they are fakes, or try to get their money back, partly in anger, partly shooting the messenger, partly because they do not want to see what is staring them in the face. If they get angry with the reader they cannot get angry with the ex for losing interest or themselves for driving him away!
Other ways people can expect too much...
Expecting their reading to be today and getting angry when the psychic says they do not work late at night or are fully booked. Demanding the tarot card reading is at a weekend is the same sort of thing.
Trying to avoid paying. This may mean they turn up for a face to face psychic reading and "forget" to bring their money to pay for it. Or they try to palm the reader off with a hard luck story or a promise to drop the money in soon (which would never happen, or they would turn up with tiny amounts and expect another reading each time which is worth far more than any tiny amount that turns up!
Years ago I had a lady turn up for a claivoyant medium and psychic reading with me. She was going to pay by cheque with card. We got to the end of the time she was paying for and she was due to make her payment. But instead of writing out the cheque and paying me she started to ask loads and loads of complicated and serious questions, as if to say when you have answered all of these extra questions I will pay you what I owe you for the work you have already completed. She wanted me to carry on for ages but she would still have only paid me for the time that had already elapsed. If I had carried on she would have had two or three readings for the price of one.
Recently I saw an interesting website offering sittings. People were booking telephone sittings. The lady had put a large notice on the landing home page stating that once you have had your consultation she will not enter into emails discussing that sitting. Good for her. If used to get people expecting the same thing. If the reader is paid for a half an hour session she then moves onto another client and does their half an hour session. She cannot remember YOUR reading, she does far too many of them. It would be impossible. You only have one sitting to remember and you could take notes while you speak. But there is also the fact that the reader cannot give you more and more time without charging for it. She would be losing consultations with others to be able to do that.
How you can make your reading better
Remember if the psychic says to come to see her with one question give it time and work out the right question before you arrive. If you are having a long psychic and tarot reading and can ask two questions work them both out before you arrive. Never ever turn up and say you have no special questions or you only want a general reading, this wastes a valuable opportunity to get to the root of something.
One thing that many clients do is to book a short reading when they need a long one. Perhaps this means it would be better for them to get cheap email clairvoyant readings instead?
Or a basic tarot card and psychic clairvoyant reading when they need a more in depth one.
All in an attempt to make it cheaper and squeeze a pint into a quart pot.
Or they wait until the end of their time comes up and then they say they want to ask a question! and blurt out the question. Expecting the reader - who has done all of the work - to carry on and do a second reading for free. This is, quite frankly a cheek. In many cases they have another client due, or they may be very tired and exhausted and need a break and some refreshments, or they want a break from working. And anyway whatever it is they are due to be doing it is not work and you are not paying them for this extra time.
